Hi I need to send my playstation 3 in for repair and I will be charged 0.00, does anyone know when Sony charges your card? I want to send a request in but I don’t have enough money on my debit card. The reason I want to send a request in early is so that I can get my return box early and be able to send it in when I get enough money, instead of waiting for the box to come in.
Anyone have experience with the repair/ exchange process, and when they charged you for this service?
Thanks
I have called and the rep helping said to check the online form, but I did and it asks me to enter in my credit card info. But I do not want to fill it out because I don’t want to get overdrafted for my debit card.

When my PS 3 is plugged in to my TV, nothing happens, I have tried every wire, bought new ones, nothing, so I want to send it in for service (my warranty is expired). Has anyone had a similar problem and had it repaired by Sony? How much did it cost?
