I have just received the box to ship my PS3 for repair but the pink service information slip that comes in the box is confusing.
The service request number I have contains 11 characters, while the pink service slip only has 10 boxes for me to fill out. I’ve already emailed Sony but has anyone had this happen before? What should I do?
I’ve already contacted Sony. READ!!
