PS3 Online Service Request form help?
I contacted Sony asking if I could send in my PS3 for repair, even for the warranty is expired, and they said fine, and to agree to the fee of 0
They send an e-mail for an online request form
It’s asking me to fill out the System, Model number, Serial number, and Date of Purchase
Since it isn’t under warranty anymore, it won’t be able to register the date of purchase ( i don’t have it anyway)….It keeps saying make sure to fill out all required fields, but I can’t fill this field since it doesn’t match it
Does anyone know where to fill it out without giving the date of purchase? I can’t find it anywhere

make up a date of purchase. They’ll never know!!!
Just print the papers out I did that and sent my ps3 in just this saturday.
