I wouldn’t worry about it. If you have the YLOD and you’re sending your ps3 into be repaired then that’s what Sony is going to do. They will repair and send it back to you, not report you to the police. I have like 500 movies on mine that I downloaded and never had anything happen to me.
You can delete the movies by pressing triangle and then delete them…
But i dont think you will get arrested for this kind off crime…
