i need help with my ps3?

ok, i had to send in my ps3 for repair, when i got it back it was a brand new ps3, i lost my 10th prestige account an i want it back, i forgot the emial and password, is there any way to get the account back?

Check all your current email accounts on the computer, and find if any have emails from Sony Playstation.
If so, that is the email address for the PS3, just check Forgot Password and work from there.
Also (not 100% sure but,) go to Account Management on the PS3 and Activate your system.
Why? b’cos downloaded (paid) content can be used a limited amount of times.
well try to go to the forgot password area but if you dont remember anything then you wont be able to get it back
